Section 9A. Under clause (c) of sub-section (1), if an aircraft is unlawfully seized or hijacked and lands at any airport or place in the State of Nepal, the commander or air transport service officer having legal authority over such aircraft shall be recaptured and as soon as possible such aircraft shall be returned to its driver. , along with passengers and cargo, will be allowed to fly to the place from which the flight came or to the place to which it was flown without hindrance.
